Light roast – bright, lively, and more acidic, with flavors that reflect where the coffee was grown- 

light roasts typically have slightly more caffeine than dark roasts.

All our coffee is Specialty-Grade Coffee. Either Single-Origin or intentionally crafted Blends of our single origins. All our coffee is roasted on demand in small quantities to insure peak freshness! Our coffee is imported, profiled, and roasted by our expert team in So Cal. Our coffee is well balanced without any bitterness, resulting in higher brew ratio.
